Gina Brown is a published writer, poet, and stand-up comic. She loves performing and sharing the curious way words meander through our lives. She is part of "Say What?" - a 4 person group of women who perform comedy, poetry, storytelling, and improv. She has several writing projects in progress, including a book of Gina-isms and a memoir entitled, No Emergency Contact. Her piece, Rush Hour, is published in District Lines, Volume III, a publication of Politics & Prose Bookstore, and her poem, How To Kill A Roach, is published in Roach Print Anthology. When she isn’t writing or on stage, she is a partner marketer at a non-profit organization, and a mom to her two girls.
